- Began racing in 2002 at age 12

- Voted 2nd in Canada for "Top Canadian Karter" behind Red Bulls Champ Car Atlantic driver Robert Wickens (2006 Inside track readers choice awards)
- Competed in the Snap-On Stars Of Karting a national feeding series into professional motorsports. Awarded National #6 plate across North America (80cc Pro Shifter Karts)
- Canadian National Vice CHAMPION in 2006 (125cc Pro Shifter Karts)
- CHAMPION of the Barrie Grand Prix Celebrity race. Teamed up with Barrie events co-ordinator.
- Selected to coveted Team Ultra 94 by Canadian sports car standout Ron Fellows. (Only Junior Driver chosen)
- Vice CHAMPION in Formula 2000 series (Team Ultra 94)
- Invited to Valencia, Spain by Formula BMW. Proved to be the fastest driverand earned International "C" race licence. (2006)
- WINNER at Prestigious Sebring 12 hour course in 2006 (Formula 2000)
- Invited to test Pro Formula Star Mazda (2007)
- Offered a ride and made Pro Formula Star Mazda debut at Toronto Indy (2007)
- WINNER at Prestigious Sebring 12 hour course in 2006 (Skip Barber)
- Set new International track record at Lowe's Motor speedway in 2006 (Charlotte, NC) - karting
- Set new International track record at Shannonville Motorsports Park 2007 (Ontario, CA)
- Set new International track record at the famed Mosport International Raceway 2007 (Ontario, CA)
- Set new International track record at newly famed Calabogie Motorsports Park 2007 (Ottawa, CA)
- Official Test Driver for North America's only SAAB 93 factory team.(2007)
- WINNER in first ever touring car race, driving a Saab 93 Turbo in 3 hour endurance race Mosport International Raceway
- 2007 Formula Ford CHAMPION and ROOKIE OF THE YEAR.
- Earned Indy Pro Series test with top team Brian Stewart Racing and set a new lap record for the IPS car at the private test track in Dunnville, Ontario.
- 2007 Ontario Formula Ford CHAMPION and ROOKIE OF THE YEAR.
- Kyle was awarded the coveted CASC "Competitor of the Year" for outstanding achievement as well as the rookie of the year at the 2007 CASC Awards Gala
- Kyle was presented with the BARC "Best New Driver" award at the 2007 BARC awards gala. Previous winners of this award are Paul Tracy and Ron Fellows.

Due to Kyle's on and off track success, Kyle has been recognized as Canada's next up and coming in motorsport. Kyle currently has multiple offers available to him to race with prominent Formula Car teams in the Indy Pro series, Pro Formula Star Mazda Championship and the Pro F2000 Championship Series.
